Pelican Stays

Caroline’s place was a joy to stay in during our recent trip to Nola. It’s a cute, humble duplex retreat that feels like a home away from home, located just 10-15 mins from the convention center, the Superdome and other hot spots in the area. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was a perfect spot to stop and relax with my husband and baby for a couple days for a little getaway from the hustle and bustle. The restaurants are amazing and close by! The cottage was cozy and clean and had plenty of linens, we loved sitting on the porch and taking in the quiet of the community and beautiful scenery.

Caroline's cute shotgun home was a perfect fit for our quick night stop on our road trip where we only had one night. Very quiet neighborhood, adorable historic homes, and close to things! Worked out well for our two dogs too

This was absolutely the perfect spot in New Orleans to spend time with my dad and sister. We loved the Airbnb, the location and discovering all that mid city had to offer. The host goes out of her way to share her love for New Orleans. The home is charming, beautifully decorated. The attention to detail along side all the extra amenities our host offered makes this Airbnb five stars for sure! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Caroline’s place is great! It’s adorable, comfortable, and convenient. She makes it easy to check in and has a book full of local restaurant suggestions. Parking is plentiful and easy and it’s nice to stay in a typical New Orleans style shotgun home. We’d 100% stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is roomy, cool inside (summer heat) and well appointed. There was ample parking even for our large truck. Distance to the streetcar was great.

Caroline’s place was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and cosy. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the tram. Would definitely recommend! Matt & Jodie

Caroline’s place was really great. It’s located in a good area with nice restaurants and stores. We had parking right out front. Quiet neighborhood. Charming and unique shotgun style home. We were very pleased. Caroline was so helpful!

Had a great stay! This place was very clean and host was proactive and helpful. Excellent location within walking distance to restaurants bars and ice cream shops. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Caroline’s place was just as described and in a great location. I walked my dog in the neighborhood and to downtown from the cottage. Caroline was super responsive and extremely pleasant! I hope to return when I have more time to spend in The Pass!
