Spacious and clean! Walkable to a couple restaurants. Host made a great book full of ideas of restaurants and things to do in NOLA. Host was very friendly and communicated fast if needed.

We were only able to stay one night but Caroline was very responsive, the townhouse was clean and just as described. Was a nice place to stay and hopefully we can stay longer next time

Caroline’s place was perfect!! Exactly pictured on the website. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels and the bathroom was very spacious. Little things like sleep sound machine, cable cords for your phone or iPad, makeup mirror and washcloths just for the ladies were just a few things to mention. The bathroom was very nice and roomy. I will definitely be back in the future and will not hesitate to rent from her. She is awesome to work with!!

Wonderful stay at Carolines cottage. Easy check-in and checkout! Host is proactive and friendly and this is a really comfortable rental. The little “extras” are ALWAYS appreciated…. water, fan, extra towels!

Caroline's place was wonderful! The interior is very tastefully decorated, the beds were extremely comfortable and having a washer and dryer is always an added plus. It's in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. I would definitely stay in this lovely home again!

The house was conveniently located, which made getting around easy. I’d never stayed in a shotgun house before, so that was a really cool and unique experience. The house was clean and nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. Parking was also convenient. The host, Caroline, was incredible. She responded promptly to any questions we had. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

Caroline’s place is absolutely spectacular! The place is exactly how it seems: clean, great location and has an amazing host. Will definitely be the place I stay if I find myself back in Pass Christian!

Great place to pick and stay at if you're in New Orleans. very walkable neighborhood and just far enough from everything to be quiet and peaceful but still only a short 10 min commute to all the things you'd want to do. highly recommend

Our stay at The Pelican Inn in Pass Christian was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed to feel right at home. The bed was easily the most comfortable part of the trip, making it hard to get up each morning.
I absolutely loved the style of the space and even took several pictures for inspiration to bring back and incorporate into my own art deco décor. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and felt very safe, and the neighbors we met were genuinely friendly.
I was pleasantly surprised while walking around to find stunning homes with beautiful architecture—it's easy to see why the area is often referred to as the “Newport of the South.” The beach was peaceful and nearly empty, which made it perfect for relaxing. We laid out our towels and enjoyed the sun without any crowds. The sand was also unique—unlike the sticky sand I’m used to in New Jersey or the OBX, it had a smooth, almost oil-like texture that left my skin feeling soft and moisturized rather than dry.
Caroline truly has created a wonderful little home away from home in a beautiful location. If my husband and I are ever back in the Mississippi area, we would absolutely love to be her guests again. I also have several friends back home who will definitely be hearing about this place.
Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay, and I would absolutely return.
